Information for Bands Performing
Below you will find all information needed for the event. If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Ingram.
Date: Saturday, October 11, 2025
Where: South View High School (Hope Mills, NC)
Start Time: 2:00 PM (Time is flexible to fit amount of registered bands)
Registration Fee: $100.00 (checks made payable to the South View Band Boosters)
Registration Deadline: September 17, 2025
Bands will be placed into classes based on the following number of wind players:
Class A-1-30 Winds
Class AA-31-50 Winds
Class AAA-50-69 Winds
Class AAAA-70+ Winds
Please note that class sizes are subject to change depending on the number of bands registered.
Information for Spectators
Gates Open at 12 PM
Admission is $12.00 (5 & under Free)
National Anthem will be performed at 1:50pm
First Band at 2:00pm
Concessions will be available
Awards at 8:30 PM
